Asssistant did not have record of completion of blood borne pathogens training. Lead and assistant did not have current CPR and first aid. Assistant had expired food handler permit. An assistant did not complete Child Care Basics or health and safety trainings in emergency preparedness, shaken baby/head trauma, or serving famiilies experiencing homelessness. Lead and assistant did not have current Safe Sleep.
